Basic Function – Day-to-day management ensuring that parking operations are handled within
contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations, and promoting a
professional image and approach to the business. Field-driven, strong working knowledge of computer
applications and tools. A leader overseeing Courtesy Cart Drivers (CCD) and Courtesy Curb
Assistants (CCA) across airport parking and terminal zones. This role ensures efficient guest
services, safety, staff accountability, and daily operational execution using communication tech,
logs, and on-site inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across IAH and HOU terminals and parking areas
• Schedule and deploy staff based on demand, volume, and location needs
• Ensure staff comply with uniform, cart safety, and HAS badging requirements
• Manage communication and coordination between dispatch, CCDs, CCAs, and supervisors
• Conduct daily inspections of terminals and shuttle zones
• Ensure cart charging, maintenance, and inspection reports are completed
• Track performance using assist logs and passenger feedback
• Enforce safety, service, and professionalism standards
• Lead and coach supervisors and Assistant Facility Managers
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of leadership experience across field operations, transportation, and customer service
sectors.
• Strong computer literacy (Excel, mobile dispatch tools, reporting systems)
• Comfortable managing multiple locations and mobile teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills
• Airport or parking operations experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass background check, MVR check, drug screening and HAS badging process
Key Metrics / KPIs:
• Staff coverage compliance by location and shift
• Daily assist volume and service response times
• Cart maintenance and inspection completion rate
• Positive customer feedback trends
• Reduction in unresolved incidents or dispatch escalations
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent walking through parking structures and terminal zones
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather
• May need to operate or inspect carts or shuttle zones
